1. The working principle of the bottle blowing machine is to blow small preforms into large bottles.
2. First, the tubular plastic preform obtained by extrusion or injection molding of thermoplastic resin raw materials is heated to a softened state and placed in a split mold.
3. After the mold is closed, compressed air is immediately introduced into the preform to make the plastic preform inflated and tightly attached to the inner wall of the mold. After cooling and demolding with cooling water, various hollow plastic products are obtained.
