Chiller type selection

Air-cooled chiller: dissipates heat through fans, suitable for well-ventilated environments with limited water resources.

Water-cooled chiller: needs to be paired with a cooling tower, which is more efficient and suitable for large injection molding machines or high-temperature environments.

Variable frequency chiller: automatically adjusts power according to load, with significant energy-saving effects.

Key selection parameters:

Injection molding machine clamping force (tonnage) and hourly output.

Required cooling water flow (m³/h) and temperature difference (usually 5°C–10°C).

Ambient temperature and water supply conditions.
