be used for a variety of industrial and commercial applications.

1. Famous brand belt compressor
Adopt famous brand compressor, low noise, low vibration, high
efficiency and energy saving.
2. Evaporator
Shell and tube evaporator adopts high precision inner threaded
copper tube design, which has larger heat transfer area, higher
efficiency and maximum system performance.

noise, reliable performance, no leakage, maintenance free.
4. Microcomputer LCD controller
Cold water outlet and set temperature visual display, easy to
operate, water temperature control in the range of 3℃~ 50℃.
Chiller daily maintenance
1. Before starting the compressor, check whether the pump rotates
normally and ensure that the refrigerant in the pipeline system is
fully filled and the circulation is normal.
2. To prevent the chiller from freezing, drain the refrigerant
completely when it is not running for a long time. The automatic
exhaust valve is installed at the highest point of the chilled
water circulation pipe, and the drainage valve is installed at the
lowest point of the chilled water circulation pipe.
3. The machine should be maintained by special personnel. According
to the severity of the environment, the condenser of the air
cooling unit should be cleaned once every 25 days, and the cooling
tower pipe of the water cooling unit should be cleaned once every
2-3 months to ensure the heat dissipation effect.
4. The water quality shall meet the requirements in Appendix D of
GB/T184330.1-2007. The pH of water should be between 6.5 and 8.0.
The water should not contain Cl-, NH+, S² and other ions that are
corrosive to copper. Install a filter in the inlet pipe and clean
it regularly.
